A memorandum of understanding (MOU or MoU) is a document describing a bilateral or multilateral agreement between parties. It expresses a convergence of will between the parties, indicating an intended common line of action. Well for me this is important, I’ve been looking for this kind of contract but i hardly find it in indonesian… Because I’m currently in indonesia so the contract in indonesia is kind of different, so ill post the basic example of MOU in indonesian :
